Q: I’m having trouble logging into my account. What should I do?

Q: I can't find what I'm looking for.  Do you have other options?
A: YES!  We offer over 1 million items that can be branded with the VSE/Wheeler logo.  Anything from a $0.10 balloon to a $1,000 crystal award and everything in between.  We work with over 4,000 manufacturers so if you need it, we have it.  Just ask!

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: After your order is placed, it will ship within 7 - 10 business days.

Q: I need my order for a specific event.  Do you offer rush services? 
A: Absolutely!  As long as we have room in our production schedule, we will produce your order faster and without rush charges.  Please contact us for current production times at: kier.whitfield@halo.com (817-821-1121) or trey.norris@halo.com (214-770-5744).

Q: May I get my order faster than standard ground?
A: If you need your order delivered faster, please contact us.  Please note that all ship methods other than ground will be more expensive.

Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A: Yes!  If you need a quantity that is more than what is listed on the item, please contact us for additional quantity discounts.

Q: How do I contact customer service regarding my order?

Q: How can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order is not in production, we may be able to change/cancel it.  Please contact kier.whitfield@halo.com (817-821-1121) or trey.norris@halo.com (214-770-5744).

Q: What is the return policy?
A: Your 100% satisfaction is our #1 goal.  We will gladly replace any defective product as long as you notify us within 30 days of receipt.  If there is a size issue on garments, they are not returnable because garments are made to order and decorated with the logo.  If you are unsure what garment size you need, please contact us for size charts before you place your order.

Q: My package shows delivered but I can't find it?

A: We can not be held responsible for packages that are delivered to the correct address and are lost or stolen.
